Our workplace
has a useful coverage of more than 20 ,000 square meters , 270 meters
long and 32 meters wide .We provide clean conditions and have 3 liners
of production with more than 20 inter phones which make every link of
the prodution closer .
Our first production liner
is imported from British Beckpokins Company . It can not only produce1
ton biscuits per hour , but also realize full automatics , extreme clean
with no hand touch .
We have sent experts to Hongkong
for training and invited experts from Taiwan Jiaton to supervise our production
which ensure high quality . Department of Quality Controlling Our labs
are equipped with imported facilities specially selected from Britain
and Germany .And the experts are strickly seleced . Their seriouse attitudes
torward their work ,which ensures each stage of the production makes our
products more pleasant .
Department of packaging
In order to cope with the
liner of high efficiency ,the department has perchased 3 high speed packaging
machines fromJapan and Swiss ,which can deal with 80 to 100 packges per
miniter .Also the machines make the production safe and clean .
The department requires high
extent of cleannness. All the menbers must have clean worksuits ,workshes,
gloves and caps.No praduction will have naked hand touch . The controlling
facilities make the procee safe and clean and the high quality is also
ensured .
